How do I make a booking on your website?

If you want make a booking through the Website you should go at the Home page and fill the form and then you push the button of find a transfer. You will see the option of transfer that you have.

What information do I need in order to book?

The required information for making a book are the Name and Surname of a passenger. Also required to fill you e-mail and telephone number. The are a lot of optional fields.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you want a custom router we have a special form at Tailor Made 

Fill the form above and a Manager will call you as soon as possible

How do I pay for my transfer?

You have 2 options of payment. The one option is to preorder the transfer with Credit Card.
The second option is to pay Cash or Card on the Driver at the Day of Transfer.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

If you want a transfer with more than one stop you should fill the form at custom Tailor Made

What luggage entitlement will I have?

The Luggage entitlement depends at what Luxury Car you choose. You could choose what car you need when you booking your transfer.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The Drivers of Lux Me Transfers have at the Cars of the Company the sign of : Lux Me Transfers. Also wearing clothes with the stamp of Lux Me Transfers.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you can’t locate the driver you could call the help line at: +30 6980243715 or send us an e-mail: info@luxmetransfers.gr . The Driver will called up as soon as possible.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size changed after the booking you must send as an e-mail at: info@luxmetransfers.gr or you could calls us: +30 6980243715

How long will the transfer take?

We have a lot of Destinations at Lux Me Transfers. The transfer route depends from a lot of factors.
The Summer at Chalkidiki especially the Weekends of June-August the routes may be the double time from another periods. All the others Destinations expect the Weather the Traffic is be Normaly. You should check the Google maps to see the traffic router of a Destination.
